New People

 

Cleary Chemical is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Hancock to the Cleary sales team effective November 12, 2007. He will serve Cleary’s turf and ornamental customers in the North Florida territory. Mike joins us from Chemtura Specialty Products where he was SE region sales representative. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and the Dupage Horticulture School. Overall, he brings twenty years experience in production and sales in the green industry. Mike currently resides in Ellenton, Florida with his wife Jennifer and son Zane.

Josh Ogden has joined our team and will cover the TX, AK, MS, NM, LA, OK territory.
Josh holds a BA in History and Political Science and a BS in Plant and Soil Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
Josh worked as an Assistant Superintendent, on many courses in the south including TPC at Sawgrass. For the past six years Josh worked for Trugreen Chemlawn in Florida and most recently as a Branch Manager in Dallas, Texas. Josh and his family live in Highland Village Texas.

Cleary Chemical is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Johnson and Robert Hunter to our expanding
sales team.

Bill’s territory will include Northern Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.He started his career as a superintendent and has worked as a sales rep in the industry for the past 16 years. Bill was formerly with Olds Seed Solutions.He and his wife live in Genoa, Illinois.

Robert’s territory will include California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. He has worked in the horticultural market in the state of California for over 13 years. Robert holds a Masters Degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Dublin and holds a California Pest Control Advisor’s License.
Robert and his wife live in LaJolla, Ca.

We are also pleased to announce the addition of Pedro Perdomo as Director of Research & Regulatory Affairs. Pedro holds a B.S. and M. S. from Rutgers University in Plant Science and Technology.
He was County Agent III and Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture and Resource Management Agents at Rutgers University. Pedro is also bilingual (Spanish-English).
Pedro will work out of Cleary Chemical’s Dayton NJ office and lives in Perth Amboy, NJ

Endorse Wettable Powder Turf Fungicide Now Approved For Use on Ornamentals

2 ee SNOW MOLD RECOMMENDATION FOR 26 / 36 APPROVED IN NEW YORK

 


On September 18, 2006, the state of New York approved a 2ee Recommendation for use of 26/36 Fungicide for the control of pink and gray snow mold in turf. To incorporate 26/36 Fungicide into your snow mold control program, read and follow the application instructions contained in this 2ee recommendation. Be sure to have a copy of the 2ee recommendation in your possession when making applications of 26/36 Fungicide for snow mold control and follow all label instructions for product application.           View the 2ee Recommendation here

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION: TRISTAR 30 SG


Cleary Chemical Corporation introduces new Tristar 30SG Insecticide. This new
water-soluble granular formulation of Tristar mixes easily and is compatible with
many tank mix partners.
Tristar 30SG comes packaged in eight ounce containers that allow for multiple
measurements of product, which is particularly convenient for small volume uses.
Tristar 30SG is effective against all of the same pests as the dicontinued Tristar
70WSP including scale, aphids, thrips and whiteflies
